We provide mortgage advice with a focus on finding not just the lowest cost products for our clients but finding the right mortgage. Taking take you from start to finish, in some cases discussing your borrowing ability before you've even found a property, all the way to completion and ensuring you've got the right cover in place to protect you and your home.
When finding the right mortgage for our clients we are looking at:
What's the lowest cost product that suits your needs.
What mortgage term is suitable for you and how does that fit in with your overall plans?
What kind of mortgage product do you need? (Interest only/repayment, fixed/variable)
Which lenders will suit your circumstances? (E.g. Self-employed, impaired credit, debt consolidation)
What is your borrowing ability and what deposit is suitable for you?
We usually charge a mortgage fee for our advice and implementation. Our standard fee is £250 for our initial advice and research and £250 for the application (there may be more complex cases that require bespoke fees).
We will also receive a commission from the recommended lender. Some mortgage advisers don't charge an initial fee, however we believe that in most instances you get what you pay for and our fee allows us to spend more quality time assisting our clients.
